I remember being four years old and it was lunchtime in the Kolakowski household. I’d sit my mom down at the kitchen table and produce a hand-drawn (I couldn’t write yet) picture menu with her lunch choices. She could pick from carrots, a peanut butter sandwich, cheese and crackers, or cookies and milk. She would tell me what she wanted. I would then go make it and deliver it back to her grinning from ear to ear.
Serving has always been in my nature. After graduating college, I went on to work in the restaurant industry and from there to various sales/negotiation positions in the fitness and race industry. One thing remained consistent—my love for people and the desire to serve them through kindness, truth, and honor. This type of sales technique has earned me awards and accolades in real estate as well as the respect and friendship of my peers and clients. I truly take on your real estate goals as if they are my own. My servant attitude may have started young, but it is something that I take great pride in today—serving you with your real estate needs.
Katie moved to Madison after previously living in Colorado and Virginia. She loves the outdoors and in her time off can ideally be found on the water or on the trails. She enjoys painting, cheering for the Packers, and hanging out with her family, boyfriend Dan, and her boxer-lab mix Millie. She is also a big believer of eating ice cream for dinner after a long day.
